Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Congolese who are currently playing abroad.
#1. This week's number one is former international swingman
Shekinah Munanga (201-1997, currently plays in France). He led
ALM Evreux to a victory over the 15th-ranked Tours (12-17)
78-70 in the French ProB (second division) in Sunday night's game.
Munanga was MVP of the game. He had a double-double by scoring 24 points and getting 11 rebounds. Munanga also added 3 assists and 2 blocks in 33 minutes on the court.
ALM Evreux Basket (4-5) is placed fourth in the ProB.
There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical.
This year Munanga averages: 10.0ppg, 5.7rpg, 1.2apg, 2FGP: 59.7%(86-144), 3FGP: 39.0% and FT: 59.7% in 30 games he played so far.

#2. Second place goes to former international center
Jordan Sakho (207-1997, agency:
BeoBasket, currently plays in Spain). Sakho could not help
Breogan (13-14) in their last game on Saturday. Despite his good performance Breogan was edged
85-82 at home by the lower-ranked Zaragoza (#13).
Sakho recorded 12 points and grabbed 5 rebounds.
There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial.
Sakho's overall stats this season are: 4.6ppg, 3.4rpg, 2FGP: 58.9%(53-90) and FT: 54.3%.
He played for the DR Congolese national team in 22.
#3. The DR Congolese player who performed third best last week abroad was former international forward
Eric Kibi (198-1990, college:
ACU, currently plays in Chile). He was not able to help
Tinguiririca in their game against Castro (2-6) in the Chilean LNB. Despite his very good performance on Saturday night Kibi recorded a double-double by scoring 27 points and getting 17 rebounds.
There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be important.
Kibi has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages: 19.4ppg, 14.6rpg, 1.3apg, 1.3spg, 2FGP: 45.7%, 3FGP: 11.8% and FT: 50.8%.
Kibi has a dual citizenship: DR Congolese and Canadian.
He played for the DR Congolese national team year ago.
#4. Forward
Henry Pwono (198-1991, college:
ECU, currently plays in Luxembourg) was not able to secure a victory for
Musel Pikes (13-15) in their game against Contern (12-16) in the Luxembourg LBBL, despite his very good performance in Sunday night's game.
Pwono had a double-double by scoring 34 points and getting 12 rebounds in 40 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his first season in pro basketball. But the first-placed Musel Pikes (13-15) lost
74-78 on the road to the second-ranked Contern in the Play-Out group.
They ended the series of five consecutive victories.
The Relegation Round already ended.
Pwono has very impressive stats this year: 23.2ppg, 11.3rpg, 4.2apg, 1.2bpg and 1.2spg in 13 games.
He is a naturalized American.
Pwono used to play for the DR Congolese national team
back in 22. Strangely he has never played in DR Congo.
#5. Former international center
Herve Kabasele (208-1996, currently plays in Spain) couldn't help
Oviedo (17-13) in their game against Girona (1-2) in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division), despite his good performance last Sunday.
Kabasele scored 10 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 20 minutes.
But Oviedo was crushed
99-74 on the opponent's court by the higher-ranked (#4) Girona.
There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season.
This year Kabasele's overall stats are: 6.9ppg and 5.0rpg in 22 games.

#6. Point guard
Malela Mutuale (188-1991, agency:
Interperformances, currently plays in France) managed to help Entente Orleans 45 to win against the 11th-ranked JL Bourg (14-16)
84-82 in the French Betclic ELITE ProA on Sunday night.
Mutuale recorded only 4 points and added 4 assists.
Entente Orleans 45 (6-2) is placed second in the Betclic ELITE ProA.
It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row.
There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season.
Mutuale's total stats this season are: 4.9ppg, 2.7rpg and 2.7apg.
He is a former international player as he played for the DR Congolese senior team year ago.
#7. Former international guard
Mathieu Kamba (196-1995, college:
Cent Arkansas, currently plays in Spain) is a teammate of previously mentioned Herve Kabasele and both played together in the last Spanish LEB Gold game.
Kamba couldn't help
Oviedo (17-13) in their game against Girona (1-2). He cannot count Sunday's game as one of the best ones.
Kamba scored only 2 points.
Oviedo was crushed
99-74 on the opponent's court by the higher-ranked Girona (#4).
Kamba has relatively good stats this season: 11.3ppg, 3.8rpg and 1.1apg.

#8. Forward
Jonathan Kasibabu (203-1996, college:
Fairfield, currently plays in France) contributed to
Nantes' victory against the 13th-ranked ASA (13-17)
82-71 in the French ProB (second division) last Sunday.
Kasibabu scored only one point in 6 minutes on the court.
Hermine Nantes Atlantique (9-5) is placed third in the ProB.
There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season.
This year Kasibabu's total stats are: 8.0ppg and 5.3rpg in 29 games.

#9. An experienced former international point guard
Carl Ona-Embo (188-1989, currently plays in France) couldn't help
Caen (7-11) in their game against Lyon (14-6) in the French NM1 (third division).
He recorded 7 points and added 4 assists in 25 minutes.
Caen (#9) lost
77-81 on the opponent's court to the second-ranked Lyon in the Group A.
Ona-Embo has averaged so far 5.4ppg, 2.0rpg and 2.6apg in 31 games.
Ona-Embo attended previously one of camps at
Eurobasket Summer League on his way to pro basketball. Despite he played previously for the French U20 national team, Ona-Embo is currently in the DR Congolese national team roster.
#10. Swingman
Ron Mvouika (196-1991, college:
St.John's, currently plays in Germany) couldn't help
Rhein Stars (9-16) in their game against SSV Lok Bernau (10-15) in the German ProB (third division).
He recorded 9 points.
But Rhein Stars (#11) was badly defeated
87-68 in Bernau by the higher-ranked SSV Lok (#9) in the North group.
It was Rhein Stars' first loss after three consecutive victories.
There are only two games left until the end of the Relegation Round.
This season Mvouika has relatively solid stats: 10.7ppg, 3.5rpg, 2.0apg and 1.1spg.
He is a former international player as years ago he still played for the DR Congolese senior national team.
#11. Former international center
Gullit Mukendi (203-1996, agency:
Promo Sport ID, currently plays in Spain) couldn't help
Jairis in their game against Esportiu in the Spanish EBA (fourth division).
Mukendi scored 5 points in 9 minutes.
His team lost
65-76.
Mukendi has reliable stats this year: 11.5ppg and 5.4rpg in 25 games.
He used to play for the DR Congolese national team
years ago.
The list of other players, who all have DR Congolese passport but never been selected to any of DR Congolese national teams: #1. Jonathan Kuminga (198-F-2002, agency:
Verus Management, currently plays in NBA). Kuminga could not help the
Golden State Warriors (54-29) to beat the Denver Nuggets (48-35).
He recorded 9 points in only 11 minutes.
But the Golden State Warriors (54-29) lost
121-126 on the road to the Nuggets.
Kuminga has relatively good stats this year: 9.3ppg and 3.2rpg in 73 games he played so far.
#2. Junior Etou (201-F-1994, college:
Tulsa, currently plays in Israel) was not able to help
Hapoel Beer Sheva in their game against Hapoel Eilat (11-14) in the Israeli Winner League.
He scored 9 points and grabbed 8 rebounds.
But the fifth-placed Hapoel Beer Sheva (8-17) was edged
76-73 in Eilat by the higher-ranked Hapoel (#3) in the Places 7-12 group.
It was Hapoel Beer Sheva's sixth consecutive loss in a row.

Etou has relatively good stats this season: 13.3ppg, 5.6rpg and 1.1apg.
#3. David Efambe (201-F-2001, currently plays in Argentina) was not able to secure a victory for
La Union (1-1) in their game against Regatas (3-4) in the Argentinian La Liga.
He recorded 6 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in 19 minutes.
La Union lost
87-98 at home to the lower-ranked (#3) Regatas.
The Regular Season already ended.
This year Efambe's overall stats are: 2.5ppg and 4.3rpg in six games.
#4. Kevin Tumba (206-C/F-1991, agency:
Network Sports International, currently plays in Greece) couldn't help
Ionikos (4-16) in their game against Peristeri (9-12) in the Greek A1.
Tumba scored 6 points. It was his first game for Ionikos this season.
The bottom-ranked Ionikos was defeated

Nzosa Manzila recorded only 2 points in 6 minutes on the court.

70-76 in Badalona to the lower-ranked (#6) Joventut.

#6. Nicola Akele (203-F-1995, college:

Treviso in their game against Venezia in the Italian Serie A. He cannot count Sunday's game as one of the best ones.

#7. Brandon Kuba (201-F-1998, currently plays in Switzerland) led
Geneve to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Swiss Central crushing them
83-58 in the Swiss SBL in Saturday night's game.
Kuba recorded 11 points in 30 minutes.
This year Kuba's total stats are: 6.2ppg and 2.7rpg in 21 games.
He has both DR Congolese and Swiss nationalities.
#8. Experienced
Daniel Mulamba (203-C-1989, college:
Langston, currently plays in TBL) was the major contributor in a
Jamestown Jackals' victory against the Dayton Flight
82-78 in the NBL Canada last Sunday.
He scored 14 points, had 4 rebounds and made 2 blocks.
Mulamba's total stats this season are: 6.2ppg and 2.7rpg.
Worth to mention Mulamba played also at
Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.
#9. Charles Nkaloulou (200-F-1994, agency:
Promo Sport ID, currently plays in France) managed to help Sluc Nancy Basket Pro in a victory against the league leader Saint Chamond
86-71 in the French ProB (second division) on Friday night.
He scored only 3 points in 7 minutes on the court.
This year Nkaloulou's total stats are: 3.9ppg and 2.1rpg in 25 games.
#10. L'Hassane Niangane (208-C-1994, college:
